• Only bookings through Delhi Cab Time will be accepted.
• No booking without advance payment.
• 20% advance of booking amount will be taken.
• If service is not provided, the full advance will be refunded within 24 hours.
• Fare may increase if route or date is changed by customer.
• Discount coupons (Rs. 100–2000) will be credited 24 hours post-booking and used in the next ride.
• Only the number of passengers as per seating capacity is allowed.
• Make payments only to company UPI/account.
• We only share contact details for third-party vehicle issues.
